Wasn't Ruby Bingo a Rolling Stones song? Anyway, Ruby Bingo are a part of the Intercontinental Casinos group (who have some of the bigger casinos on the internet in their stable) and have all the advantages you'd expect of a big time organisation, and only a few of the disadvantages.
The software is pretty top of the line, with very nice graphics, and slick game play. It even offers a game analyser so you can review every game you have ever played. They have fail safe technology to ensure that even if you lose your connection, you don't lose your chance to win the game. Even if you don't have autodaub on, the system will call bingo for you, so you don't have to worry about turning autodaub on before you go answer the phone.
Ruby Bingo and its staff are trying very hard to create a community feel, they allow players to upload their photos for the chat room, and the hosts try to make everyone feel at home. They even have a recipe section! It seems to be working - the players and hosts were all very friendly.
Support is pretty good - they reply to my emails within 24 hours and usually either solve the problem or tell me exactly what information they will need to solve the problem. They also run some pretty exciting promotions and contests for vacations and other prizes.
They have a good variety of limits (from penny games to dollar games), patterns, and other promotions. They also offer both 75 and 90 ball games, and a jackpot that is always over $10,000. You can also play in game slots or scratch cards.
Overall, Ruby Bingo is solid. "Ruby", their cartoon lady mascot is a little anatomically improbable but apart from that I have no real complaints.
