Dating Direct is the UK's largest online dating service. Unlike most dating websites, there is a UK focus here - such as offering free SMS text alerts for most features on the site.
Dating Direct offers most of the standard dating website features. Along with the SMS alerts, 'Cupid Mail' will send you emails when a new match in your area signs up. You can add up to 5 pictures (up to a larger than average 5mb), and the requirements for your pics are quite strict. For example you can't even be wearing sunglasses!
There are two types of searches at Dating Direct. Premier search is only open to upgraded members, and allows you to narrow your search much more than the standard option.
If you aren't in Europe, Dating Direct probably isn't your best choice. They don't have enough members elsewhere to make it worthwhile. If you are, however, this is a great value and definitely worth a shot.

Dating Direct offers the unique option of buying 3 and 7 DAY memberships at a low cost. Otherwise you pay monthly to be a Premier member.
