Yes. The only difference between selling this and any other website is the status of the content. To prevent massive resale and redistribution, you technically lease the default content from us. If at the point you want to sell, your site is still using some of that default content, the buyer must be aware that they need to pick up this lease if they want to continue to use the default content. Otherwise there are no restrictions to selling your website.
