Bet WWTS (World Wide Tele Sports) have been doing Internet gambling pretty much since there was an Internet for gamblers to use. Rather than indulge in fancy marketing campaigns, they focus on providing a good service, and rely mostly on word of mouth, and keeping their existing customers.
The website is clean and clear. It offers a lot of important betting information, even beyond just the odds, without looking crowded. It loads fast, is well laid out and easy to use.
A nice feature of BetWWTS webpage is that you can place bets either by how much you want to risk, or how much you want to win (I mainly use this feature when I'm hedging a long term bet but I guess it could be used for something similar to dutching). Dutching is when you back more than one "runner" in an event so that your profit is the same no matter which one wins. It was invented by Dutch Schultz (Al Capone's accountant) and has been useful to gamblers ever since.
BetWWTS used to be notorious for not offering much in the way of promotions, but that has changed recently. The 20% neteller deposit bonus is very nice, and there are usually a couple of free bet promotions going, along with some sort of tipping contest.
Customer service is pretty good indeed. Email responses are officially under 24 hours, and are usually faster. It sometimes takes a second email to get complicated answers sorted out right, but that's the case almost everywhere.
Bet WWTS cover all the usual suspects in terms of sports. NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, NASCAR, soccer, boxing, golf, tennis, even "the sport that can not be named" (NHL). They also offer Entertainment and Special Event wagers that are a lot of fun.
Overall, Bet WWTS pretty much started this Internet gambling racket, and have been doing a damn fine job of it ever since.

Bet WWTS offer a 15% match bonus and one free $20 bet on your first deposit. You must use Neteller or you will only get 10%. The 5x playthrough on deposit plus bonus makes this one a little steep for those of us who like moving money around. Still, it's a hell of a site.
