Support is offered over the phone. They also have a quick turn around on emails, and are just as helpful. Deposits and withdrawals happen quickly, and are fee-free.
The website offers a wealth of information. Bodog make an effort to make their customers feel like expert gamblers, and from what people have told me, it works.
Bodog offers a very wide selection of events, both breadth (lots of sports / matches) and depth (choice of bets on any event). Bodog's selection also includes non-sporting events like the Oscars, and golf. The lines they offer are competitive with the rest of the industry - as always, it pays to shop around.
