"Affiliate Lounge has become infamous for abusing condition 7.9 of their Terms of Use agreement. It states:
"7.9 The Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate's accounts. Such minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed and the Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit..."
This 'minimum level' is not clearly defined, and Affiliate Lounge have been taking advantage of this. They basically can (and will) delete any account that they choose, completely cutting off the earnings of the affiliate without warning. For a program offering a lifetime revenue share, this is unacceptable.
We were sending about 2 referrals per month when our account was terminated. There are many other affiliate programs out there that would welcome this level of activity with open arms. Bottom Line: Be very careful if you choose to promote Affiliate Lounge."
